Sabine’s Hot Sauce is available in Mild, Hot and Very Hot flavors. The amount of heat differs in the level of the Scoville scale. The higher the Scoville level heat, the hotter the sauce. Additionally, our sauces maintain their savory flavor regardless of the heat level. Just remember— easy does it! A small amount goes a long way.
